  1. Why do I keep getting charged for a membership?

The monthly fee is withdrawn automatically every month from the account information you entered.

    Login to your account and click on the tab “My Package”.
    After that, click the “Unsubscribe” button.

1.Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Go to “Profile and Settings”.
3. Find tab “Financial information”.
4. Find “My preapproved payments” and click on “Update”.

  1. I forgot my password, what should I do?

    Click on “forgot password” then enter your login username or email, and click “Submit”:

If you don’t see the password-reset email in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder just in case it arrived there. Once you open the password-reset email, please click on the blue link in that email to change your password.

  2. Is it safe for me to use my credit card?
    Yes. UnderRecruited Preps does not save your credit card information.  Your payment is through PayPal. So, it is safe for you.
  3. How do I delete my account?
    When you want to delete your account, you can unsubscribe.
  4. How do I downgrade to a basic account?
    If you want to downgrade your account. Unsubscribe your account, your account will return free account.
  5. Why do I keep getting charged for a monthly membership?
    You signed up for the monthly package which is a recurring billing. You can cancel at any time.
  1. How do I send my information to coaches from my profile?

Login to your account and find the tab “Send your information to college coaches”

    If you have a monthly account, you have a submission per month.
    If you have an Annually account, you have a submission per month and six submissions per year
